Dr. Connor Shaw

Dr. Connor Shaw is a huge proponent of patient centered dentistry. Conservatively treating the oral cavity, while adequately controlling disease in the mouth, is Dr. Shaw’s mantra. Dr. Shaw loves getting to know his patients and what makes them feel more comfortable in his chair.

Dr. Shaw graduated from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University in May of 2023. Upon graduation, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Spartanburg Community Dental Center, a satellite program within the Spartanburg Regional Hospital System until June of 2024. Throughout his year in Spartanburg, Dr. Shaw was exposed to every aspect of dentistry in order to hone his skills. This program also gave Dr. Shaw the opportunity to be specially trained in single tooth implant placement, overdenture implant placement, IV Sedation, and other higher-level surgical procedures. Dr. Shaw has a passion for surgery, but finds enjoyment in every facet of dentistry—he loves talking dentistry, even outside of the office, so don’t be afraid to ask questions.
